The breakfast at Satri House Hotel was great and excellent with a nice view and excellent coffee. the location was great and stunning, close to the town center. It's also really close to a residential area, making it an easy and safe 10-minute walk to town along well-made pavements in a quiet neighborhood.

This hotel is amongst the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff are both friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotless. The gardens and pools are very well manicured. the breakfast is good.The only downside is that it is a 15 minute walk to centre of Luang Prabang, but in truth this doesn't matter. We stayed in one of the well appointed Junior suites. The bed was soft and ultra comfortable. After having visited other hotels in Luang Prabang I can state that this is one of the best in the city. All in all 10 out of 10 for Satri House

The price isn't exactly cheap for Laos where the average wage is around $2 per day and you can find accomodation as cheaply as $5 per night, but you get what you pay for. We didn't use the restaurant so comments can't be made on this. Breakfast was good and served to you promptly

This hotel has beautiful antiques and well-chosen furnishings. The adjoining rooms with a terrace by the lily pond create a romantic setting. The delicious breakfasts, including the jams, were a highlight. The staff is accommodating and friendly, interacting well with families. The swimming pools and quiet location are perfect for relaxation. The large rooms with a separate toilet and balcony provide a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers complimentary bikes for exploring the area.

Enjoyed our well-designed and good-sized room with balconies and the antique-style building. It was in an excellent location in the local market for a couple of quid.

Was all great.

There was no private balcony, no television, no coffee/tea facilities. Serious incovenience because of a festival ground in the neighborhood. We could join the local bingo from our room. After a shower, the bathroom looked like a swimmingpool which was very dangerous because the floor was very slippery. The hotel provided bicycles but after the first time, we were supposed to sign a paper which said that, if the bike was stolen, we had to pay 150 dollar. I think this is outrageous.

We had a fabulous 4-night stay at Satri House and were blown away by the stunning hotel grounds and chic decor. The service was exceptional, with every staff member being attentive and helpful. We appreciated how they promptly addressed our room preferences and made our stay comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions but peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast spread was expansive and delicious, and the spa and pool were fantastic amenities. we had a blissful experience at Satri House and would highly recommend it.

Stylish boutique hotel carefully decorated with antique furniture but modern comfort, lovely garden and two swimming pool ! Very quiet place not far from Down Town Luang Prabang touristic center. Discreet and attentive staff. The good place to relax and enjoy the slow pace of the city. And good food too !

The breakfast here is top-notch! They've got everything you could want – delicious French croissants, a variety of Western options, and a lovely view of the garden. 🥐 So good!

Wonderful ambience. Well designed in the Lao/French style. Relaxing gardens/swimming areas. Easy going, friendly and very helpful staff. Good food,we will certainly go back there.

Nice design, relaxed and high value

Everything was great during my 2-night stay. the location was marvelous and fantastic, just a pleasant stroll away from Mount Phousi. - It's in a lovely area, very close to bars and restaurants.

Satri house is charming and tranquil. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is wonderful. Overall it's a great value and I would highly recommend staying here if you want a little luxury in LPG.

Satri house is a historical home that has been converted into a boutique hotel. It is located walking/ biking distance to old town, night market, river front and wonderful restaurants. The staff is wonderful ( a special commendation to the front desk staff) The best thing apart from good service with a smile is the food and the complimentary bicycles.

The wifi signal is very weak, Internet was intermittent, and the dining room staff do not speak good English and they don't really understand it either, which is understandable in a country where English is not commonly spoken. Some are less trained than others in setting the tables and forget spoons, parts of your order. We would like to request the management to have a few more offerings without pork for people who for religious reasons do not eat it.
